  • Struggling with too much screen time?

  • Spend more time outdoors but don’t know where to go?

  • Explore new places and find new interests?

  • Try a different type of exercise in a safe and friendly environment?

  • Learn more about the natural world, how it can help you and how you can help it?

  • Gain confidence in planning adventures for yourself and friends in the future?

Practical Details

All in-person courses and adventures will be run according to government restrictions at the time.   I am currently gathering expressions of interest and will be in touch when it looks like things are opening up.   Please send me as much information about you as possible so that I can propose a journey that will suit you. Prices will depend on location and group size. 

​

  • Initially, journeys can be organised in West and South London, Reading, Swindon, Surrey and Kent.   Please state where would be best for you when contacting me.

  • Walks of 2-3 hours (but tailored to the group) on lowland terrain (no mountains, moors, extreme heights or weather).

  • Small groups (up to 5).

  • Accessible starting points near train stations.

  • A kit list will be provided in advance but walks are designed so that you should not have to make extra purchases.

  • Parental permission will be required.

  • Fully insured, experienced and outdoor / mental health first aid trained.   Click here to read more about me.

You are invited to join me on a walking journey designed especially for you.    It will provide you with a chance to ESCAPE, REFRESH, REDUCE ANXIETY and EXPERIENCE NATURE for yourself, in a fully inclusive and safe environment where EVERYONE is welcome.

 

You can get a group of up to five friends together or you can join solo and I will plan the walking journey according to who’s coming along.  This includes the pace we walk, the difficulty of the terrain, the location and the things we talk about and look at (examples might include map reading, conservation, mindfulness). There will be no pressure, no competitive vibes and no in-your-face pushiness.  Just the chance to walk, explore, and experience nature together.
